Return Process

  Log into your Ciceroni account and navigate to the 'My Orders' section to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Quality Inspection

  Ensure the garment is unworn, unwashed, and retains all original designer tags and packaging for a successful approval.

  Reverse Pickup

  Once your request is approved, we will arrange a complimentary reverse pickup from your registered address within 48 hours.

• 4.
  Refund Processing

  After the item passes our warehouse quality check, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
